CanDoChefs shipped my item promptly and packaged it very well.  The product itself is an absolute piece of junk, very poorly crafted.  Doesn't even work properly, sometimes multiple attempts are necessary to open the bottle.  Had I paid more, I would sent it back but it's really not worth my time at this point.
