Bonfire® is naturally smoked for 14 days with a blend of 7 carefully-chosen woods to create a uniquely hearty smokehouse flavor.  Crafted with Northwest-harvested Snowflake sea salt and a proprietary real-wood smoking process, Bonfire is all natural and deliciously rich.  Bonfire will instantly transform your dishes with its deep, mouthwatering, savory taste.

Durango® Hickory Smoked Salt is created when delicate Pacific sea salt flakes are naturally smoked with untreated Hickory wood, resulting in a full, smoked flavor without turning bitter. There is no liquid smoke or artificial flavor added. Hickory smoked flavor is synonymous with southern cooking. Durango is a natural with ribs and burgers, or any red meat.

El Dorado® is an all-natural sea salt smoked with genuine Mesquite wood, the official smoke flavor of Texas barbecue. This tenacious wood has a strong, hearty flavor that complements meat or any dish that needs an authentic Southwest twist.

Fumée de Sel® is premium Fleur de Sel crystals that are cold smoked over oak wine barrels that have been used for years to age fine Chardonnay wine. This salt is one of a kind! Use as a finishing salt on salads, veggies, meat...almost any dish.

Salish® Alderwood Smoked Salt, by Artisan, is fine grain organic sea salt that is naturally smoked over real Northwest red alderwood. Salish gives food a genuine smokehouse taste on or off the BBQ. The ultimate for cooking fish, chicken, or steak.

Yakima® Applewood Smoked Sea Salt utilizes sweet Applewood to fuel the fires that flavor this naturally smoked sea salt. Aged Applewood is one of the most popular of the fruit woods used in smoking, and creates a delicious, savory flavor. Yakima Applewood Smoked Sea Salt has a subtle fruit wood flavor that is mild enough to use with fish, shellfish and poultry. Pork, sausage, ham and bacon are also delicious when cooked with this salt.
