THE HEAD is comprised of both outer and inner fork tines. The beveled edge of the outer tine provides highly effective cutting without the serrated edge or being sharp to the touch. The board curved shape of the outer tines allows the head to be rocked back and forth, much like a rocking chair rocks back and forth.
THE FINGER PLATFORM provides more comfort with less effort while the index finger presses down on the platform to rock the head. This motion makes easy cutting through chicken, pork, fruits, vegetables and even steak.
THE CONTOURED HANDLE has a broader end that balances out the other areas of the Knork adding stability and comfort in the palm of either the left or the right-handed individual. |
