I came across a problem when the glass that I wanted to give as a Christmas gift to my cousin was not in stock at the local Bed, Bath, and Beyond. It was four days till Christmas and I did an internet search and found these guys. I called, set it up, and found that the glass was cheaper with them than in the store (excluding shipping costs). They worked with me quickly and the glass arrived, unbroken, and on time for Christmas.
