A very special salt from an obscure Japanese island, created by a highly complex natural process involving the crystal clear sea, wind, sun, bamboo trees, and slow-heating with wood.  This salt is also good in coffee, neutralizing bitterness and counteracting the mineral robbing effects of coffee consumption.

This salt arrives in a mini glass jar with a hand milled cork top.
